This patient from the Inland Empire complained about the excess heaviness under her chin. She did not need a facelift as nothing had fallen down due to gravity. She simply had excess fat under her chin and throughout her neck. She had an in-office liposuction with tumescent anesthesia to remove the excess fat.

This patient is an excellent candidate for a surgical neck lift but wanted a less invasive option. Dr. Balikian performed full neck liposuction to improve the neck line and define the jawline. Although her results would be great with a surgical neck lift, the patient was happy with her results.
