This patient was unhappy with her overall size, asymmetry, wide cleavage, and upper pole fullness. She also wanted to avoid new external scars on her breasts. To meet her needs, we performed an implant exchange, changed the size and profile, did an internal lift, internal capsule work, and added lower pole mesh reinforcement.
