This patient came in because she was bothered by:
-her lack of symmetry- specifically the right breast being lower and more lateral
-the width of her cleavage
What she had done: Breast Implant Exchange with Internal Bra. Implants 375cc responsive gummy bear implants.
In order to increase her cleavage, we usually would use fat grafting, but with her body type there likely wouldn’t be enough.
So instead we switched her out of a high profile implant (which is more narrow and more projecting) to a moderate profile gummy bear ( which is wider and less projecting). She also underwent a lot of internal pocket work. This includes closing and opening the pockets in specific areas to allow to implant to move towards the center. She is shown over three months out from surgery.
