This patient came in for a consultation most concerned with her neck.
On exam she has temporal brow ptosis and laxity of the skin of the face and neck with platysmal bands in the subplatysmal tissues. She has heavy jowls as well as deep marionette nasolabial folds. She does have volume loss to her lower eyelids nasolabial folds marionette’s and prejowl area. Dr. Balikian recommended total facial rejuvenation and performed deep plane facelift, vertical neck lift, temporal browlift, upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation, deep plane lip lift and full face fat transfer.
